oir, maybe i'm wrong here...if i am, please let me know...

oir- "we have been told officially by RM that the two entities are separate issues ."

cjr- every business deal you do reflects on you..whether the venz are holding kry's feet to the flames on this revamin deal or not, ven is in a much better position to make demands before it issues a permit for LC. one of minambs demands were for improved social projects....revemin is a "diminished social project" that is now being negotiated on....

oir- "Revemin is 100% owned by KRY but with no enough ore to process economically has come to a standstill. Here where the negotiation are taking place and why: MIBAM wants to take over the ownership but needs the expertise of KRY into running the mill in order to accommodate the small miners claims. So the negotiation are about : cost of buying the rights at a fare price and cost for running the mill and eventually a percentage of gold produced for payment."

cjr- i was under the impression that revemin legally reverted back to venezuela at contracts end (1 yr ago)....now ven has to purchase it?? since it's a money losing operation i'd sell it cheap....i find it hard to believe ven cant manage a small mill without kry's help and the negotiations are actually over how much to pay kry for thier help....
