he would like his country to be at par with the industrialized world and he has the natural resources but lacs the expertise and culture in is own people to compete with the Westerners .HE knows that and tries to bully who ever comes across trying to do business in "his" country.Trying to mobilize the masses for him is socialism at his best ,for Westerners is dictatorship.
