Unless I am missing something it seems that just about everything that needs to be accomplished to get this permit has been.

At this time, there appears to be no reason not to issue it. So, the more time drags on, the less I am buying this "everything is slow" in VZ bit. This is extreme nonsense for even VZ.

Maybe I am overly anxious. But does anyone else feel this way? If so, and Chavez is going to screw us at this juncture, what scenario is most likely?

To the degree it's possible, and I am doubtful that it is, I am just trying to consider all likely outcomes of this little investing adventure.
