Merly just received authority on the 5th of September. Let's give it a bit before we start thinking the sky is falling.

I guess Crystallex "situation" could be like allowing someone on death row surgery to save their life and then once they are back to health sticking the needle in their arm. I don't see all the effort the government has put into due diligence the last couple of months going to waste and I would consider shelving the project a waste for them.
