It appears now everything is completed for the issuance of the permit. I believe the cast (Sanz, Garcia, & "Rangel the Rascal") are now in place which are behind/supportive of the Project.

Could there now be a stall tactic or delay happening in the issuance of the permit due to the negotiation of a joint partnership or buyout, or will these activities happen after the permit issuance? Can we expect these two activities to be back to back, or will they be weeks to months apart? Comments.
