Desiboy, I think we are closer than what alot of the retail share holders believe, particular those readers of RC's print. I've taken NB's advice months ago, and stopped reading Carson once I heard he was only publishing his articles in English and wasn't publishing to the locals.

I envision the announcement will be a few months before the election ie. this month. Our waiting period is just about over -there are no more hurdles to jump.
