I was hoping to pump up my hopes with Chavez meeting the miners somewhere in the Bolivian state and at the same time release the go-go for LC but than i realized that he was going to be in the russian camp and that dashed my hopes.

Anyway you never know what he can say at anytime,there is always hope lurking at the back of my mind .
