Most likely normal course company business... probably a follow through on stuff from the AGM in June.

If we had a buyout offer or something like that it would be material information and would be press-released... wouldn't need a special meeting to deciminate that info.

If it had to do with a change in Company personel (hiring/firing) our board is empowered to do that as well without shareholder approval, so that's not it.
