my take is that unless hugo outright says "we gonna nationalize LC and kick out da canadians" this is good news in many ways....

best case he says "LC is a go" i dont think it will happen but you never know.

if he says nothing (probable)...then my take is that we will know very soon....i think this revemin thing had to happen first....and personally (i know RM says they have no bearing on eachother) i dont think KRY mngt is dumb enough to negotiate anything with tomi/LV/revemin without getting at least some kind of committment on LC...imo
