A good article that clearly states that LC is owned by the government already. Some might worry about the tone of nationalisation but when it so clearly says we are only the operator of LC it is not an accident. Most news stories we get never get the facts right but this one did.

I would have to assume that the clarity of being not the owner was on purpose. It makes the point we are also in the social sphere which I take to mean that we will be discussed today and promoted to the people and opponents of Hugo as Venezuelan and not foreign.
