There is so much questionable "stuff" going on in the back rooms of Wall Street etc. always just under the radar. The problem for Regulators is trying to control the practices. Those practices are used all the time to postize or negitize a stock price to gain an advantage to those manipulating the stock. It's been going on forever, news manipulation, short selling,etc.....

One thing that I have learned is where there is money involved there is a temptation, to control it's direction usually out of someones pocket into the manipulators.
