I'm basing my speculation re: environmental cleanup on an article posted hear in the last couple of days. With tonnes of Hg being dumped into the environment, Vz must stop that destruction. Perhaps the new mining law will address that?

That sort of environmental destruction not only affects the wild-life but also the people who are down stream from the mining or who tap into the water table. The problem is VERY serious.
