The big uanswered question that faces Vz is what happens AFTER KRY starts mining?

Consider this: KRY is tasked with envionrmental cleanup. What's to stop small miners from counter-acting the environmental progress KRY makes? How does Vz stop small miners from their continued destructive practices?

Until they can solve that problem, what sense is there in any environmental cleanup?

That could be the main factor that is delaying any permitting.
