At very beginning of this story ,i posted the original version and also added some comments .

i like to explain:

we know many aspect of LC because we are directly involved with the total affair ,but the world around us knows very little about the mine and the actual status of the facts as for the Venezuelan people they are totally oblivious of what is going on.

Chavez can stand up and speak about things that look impressive and patriotic to all of them but we know that everything has been arranged ,signed and sealed.

So i say that he is paving the way to release LC permit as contracted before.

I sure hope that i am right .
