Lets concider Chaves's latest rant, I call it "Chaves speek". He is speaking at a Political event, trying to motivate and impress the folk there to vote into his agenda.

Chevaes Speek, "Recovered/repossessed" 101.

Las Cristinas was "recovered" back into State Ownership when basically Crystallex signed of on all legal claims it had before the Venezuelan courts in exchange for the contract to operate the mine for the Venezuelan Government of Chaves.

Brias is still a concession under the current interpretation concerning mines. The new mining Law is going to be supposedly enacted in 15 days and "repossess" the property as there will be no more concession only State State Ownership. GRV will propably be offered a buy out/contract to mine simular to KRY or a 50/50 deal like Rusoro.

Hecla property was "repossessed" from Hecla and returned to the State. Venezuela entered into a "partnership" with Rusoro on a 50/50 deal to mine it ...................

So you can see that that is all covered under "Recovered/repossessed". I bet all those Ladies were impresse
