Actually there are basically two types of speakers.

One is the speaker that stand up and read the notes provided by the advisers or speaks from memory about facts and prospects arranged between himself and the advisers,to a knowledgeable audience.

The second one is the speaker who rants and revs to masses forming short inflammatory sentences and posing in between ,waiting for the reaction of the people standing below his pulpit and not knowing much of the debate but only relating to what is the reality of their present life standards.
