What no one has mentioned lately is that gold miners need export permission to take gold out of Vz. Also, Vz controls the sale of forgien currency.

Both of these is VERY favourable to Vz. We'll get the permit. The PPS will pop... I'm selling. Vz gets their cut PLUS they get extra from currency exchange and control over gold sales.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
