CJR ...just a few quick notes as I'm almost late to work again.

Earlier today you asked if someone had a link to Merly being given

permit power...I don't have time to search for it for you but do remember reading it and the poster here provided the article which I remember reading and even took the spanish text and remember wanting a better translation and read that. I felt it was a pretty big event at the time so wanted to authenticate it to my own satisfaction. Hope that helps. Try the search engine here, should come up with it.
