50/50 JV

For the sake of argument, let's assume the MOA is modified to a JV as the price we pay for getting the permit.

Now how about we develop some contingent financial models based on this assumption?

With the price of gold escalating and the cost of construction offset by VZ oil money, we should still make out ok.
