Note from RM regarding Permit Process

Answer from RM and questions below
Hello XXXX. Environmental Permits are complex lengthy legal documents (not cut and paste or drag and drop documents) used as a reference for the duration of the Project. The size of each permit may vary based on the scope of the project. I believe once Permits are written and in final form they are issued by the Vice Minister (Garcia) and her staff.

Are you aware of the physical process that is required at this point to issue the permit? Is it simply filling out and signing an existing form? Is it five hundred pages of original legalese that needs to be coordinated with three different agencies? Is there enough recent history to get an idea how long the office work will take to ready the permit and have it signed?
