I assumed as much, at least logically Crystallex's management would prefer to transfer ownership to Minerven, as well as Victoria and Tomi mines. They certainly would not want to outlay the cash into additional exploration at those concessions now.

What Minerven does after transfer is a don't care to me. Get as much mileage out of the negotiations to facilitate LC permit issuance simultaneously with "giving back" the El Callao assets.
