The Russian prime minister stressed that the Russian energy giant Gazprom will begin drilling operations in the Gulf of Venezuela in late October.

In addition, Putin promised that Russia would continue to cooperate with Venezuela in the field of military technology will be implemented comprehensively and that the cooperation agreements between the naval forces of both countries.
