In Gran Sabana was opened an office of the ministry received
complaints labor Vice Minister of Labor, Abraham Mussa, will tour the villages of southern bolivarense to meet the unions and give
a "glimpse" to management that has developed toward this part of territory. The tour will start on September 29 from Puerto Ordaz to
Santa Elena de Uairén, capital city of Gran Sabana.
Along the route in each town-Upata, El Palmar, Guasipatí, El
Callao, Tumeremo, Las Claritas, kilometer 88 and Santa Elena de
Uairén-official will hold a brief meeting with the workers who
delivered their demands or claims.
One of the stops will be made available under forced Luepa, where he performed the works of the satellite station that must be completed in October this year. Another of the meetings will be
esperadísimos in El Callao and Las Claritas, where the miners want to be recognized their claims.
Mussa will be accompanied to the inspector's Labor Guasipatí, Jose
Rodolfo Devere, and Oracio Leccia, coordinator of the Constituent
Association in Bolivar. Besides participating members from other
institutions in the area.
Contact steel
Notably, the deputy minister will meet in the gate III of Sidor
with the employees of this major steel. It was expected to talk with the mass worker and newly-elected with the directive in the Single Union of Workers of the Iron and Steel Industry and Its Allied Workers (Sutiss).
On the other hand, when it comes to the peoples of the south have already made some efforts to improve the performance of the ministry in this area. For example, and in Santa Elena de Uairén have been meeting with indigenous people from various villages, who have received advice from Jose Rodolfo Devere.
The inspector opened an office in Gran Sabana few days ago, aiming to channel complaints and petitions from there, without having to go to the agency's headquarters in the town Roscio. With this achievement the residents of Santa Elena de Uairén feel at least taken into account, something that nobody had done before.
In the capital of Gran Sabana also had a strong conflict with the
employees of the Hospital Rosario Vera Zurita, but it was calmed down after an intervention by the minister Roberto Hernandez, who interceded in the labor force before the president of the Institute of Public Health, achieving at least stop the climate of tension that had months ago.
More Actions
On Monday the Labor Inspectorate of Guasipatí together with the
National Institute for Prevention, Health and Safety (INPSASEL), she visited the mining companies, Gold Mining, PMG and Revemin of El Callao, where he found the harsh conditions under which serve the miners, and the various risks to which they are exposed.
In the case of Gold-Mining at the newly built mixed-mining company and a few months ago there was a report that ranked the company very risky, but we must wait to see whether or not there was some improvement.
