Rusoro Announces Management Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 26, 2008) - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RML) informs that Corey Allen has advised the board that he will be leaving his position as COO with Rusoro effective immediately, to pursue other career opportunities. An interim COO will be appointed shortly.

On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mr. Allen for leading Rusoro's operations team through many milestones in the process of optimizing our operations at the Choco 10 mill and mine and we wish him well in his future endeavors.
