And oil is at 98 on its way to 75 Hugo. I was wondering why Hugo needed lines of credit from China and Russia since he was so cash rich on dollars. Hugo is bleeding from everywhere and oil is collapsing. By November it will be at 75 and his political machine will be in shambles.
