does the stock market effect the country of venezuela-thay have no trading centre---- i can see that oil @95.00 may effect them. are thay hurtin for cash????? what will force them too give in for the miners?? like i pull my hair out what is going on . no permit can't see any thin happening 08 sorry bull frog
