Which is it? I guess we need the definition of:

far

One thing I do know is that we have not had an update since August 22nd on the permit. And based on that update, I don't see another one coming before an official announcement of the permit or an announcement from Crystallex that the legal route is progressing (this can't occur until November at the earliest).
