The "handing over" of Revemin was supposedly done about a week or two ago and reported by the same local Minerven people and local paper. Subsequently, the same person and the same paper reported it was not. Now the same parties are saying it again.

It certainly is possible that it is completed but doubtful to me because we do not have a press release from Crystallex. If formal documentation was signed by Crystallex we would have a press release.

Also, what about Tomi and Victoria? I would think these concessions would be disposed of at the same time.

It appears to me that the locals have agreed on what they want but it has not been agreed to by all stakeholders and certainly has not been "handed over".
