Or something to this extent. Certainly I am not versed in VZ law or process. I do know that National level vs. local level exists and quite a few extra steps have to occur for anything to be "legally" completed.

We do know as fact that no press release from Crystallex = "handing over" from Crystallex to VZ. has not occurred.

We have been told El Callao assets are detached from the LC Permit issuance. This makes sense at the local level but would not hold up 100% at the national level. My point being that we could see the disposition of the El Callao assets and have any news on the LC permit.
