Chavez is not going do anything , he has got his own agenda but his new acquired ""FRIENDS"" might.

A low ball offer can happen in anomaly situation .

Russians ,Chinese ,Iranians and even one of our beloved Major could take us out and than put pressure on Chavez with the knowledge that they will be looked upon favorable.
