I believe we are only 1 formal meeting away from the permit. When will that meeting occur? My assumption is this month. Assuming is not good but many indicators exist that this will get done by eom.

1. Minamb says Crystallex proposal conforms (so does VZ law).

2. Minamb has had sufficient time to put together the formal document (permit).

3. Sanz (Mibam, CVG) supports the project.

4. Govenor supports the project.

5. Mayor supports the project.

6. Economic committee in the AN supports the project.

7. Sanz' influence with Chavez still exists (he is traveling with Chavez consistently) Damn that trip to Brazil!.

8. Elections Elections Elections.

9. Etc.

Also, it is very possible that the permit will get issued to CVG with little fanfare at this time because of the busy schedule of Chavez and Sanz. And then exploited publically later this month/early next month.
