I don't believe for one minute that we are in compliance and they just haven't gotten around to announcing it yet.

My guess (only a guess) is that the Vennies want to tie up more loose ends in the mining sector in general before they announce the mega-projects... make sure they have the big picture pretty much filled in before making the announcement.
