In this modern era the only factor that attracts, in any arena ,the attention of the masses are contrariness and sensationalism.

From music to sport ,to politics and....everything else an individual can achieve notoriety at a fast pace very easily with this two afore mentioned ways.

Chavez is one of these individuals.

The red shirts ,alo president,trips to""politically incorrect"" countries and etc...are his tools to achieve his agenda.

KRY is one of his ways to keep everybody wondering and guessing .

In his speeches or true his right hand men ,there is always something mentioned but never stated about KRY, the mining law and the related projects.

And we keep waiting; Chavez here.... Chavez there....Chavez everywhere....but no KRY......no permit....no nothing anywhere!!!!.
