gw, i dont really understand the "queer the deal" part....hugo and his ministers know grz and kry will sue ven if they dont get their respective mines...so whats the harm in following deadlines set by the ven govt? if they straighten the mess out then we drop the suit, if not, the ball is rolling.....

as far as these "behind the scene deals" go.....i've had enough of them...it's time for full disclosure.....they're going to allow the mine or they're not.....

if it really was a "timing" issue then "the venz" should at least come up with a BS story to show good faith....
