Some facts:

GRZ mentioned that Venz had asked them to combine the project of LB and LC. They rejected.

RML wanted to purchase GRZ with the stock offering. GRZ rejected.

RML has a great relationship with Venz so far. Still hold true.

Kry is still pending for permit. Still hold true.

I believe one of the possible scenario is, Venz wants RML to mine both LB and LC and they are waiting for RML and KRY come up with a feasable solution. As a result, RML issued stock offer for GRZ and wanted to take the initial step but it got rejected. Venz maybe is waiting for RML to find a solution before it reachs the conclusion to the LB and LC permit.

Aside, today is the October 14 and we still have not received any news from Venz. Since RM mentioned that Venz has 90 days to reply to our appeal, shouldn't Kry starts thinking about the next step in the scenario that permit will not come by the end of October (say October 31, 2008). May someone questions RM what is the plan for KRY if we got rejected or did not hear any thing as of November 1, 2008? If they decide to bring it the court, how long will it take them to file it? Did they start preparing for the worst scenario by working the lawyers and legal councels to get everything ready on November 1, 2008? At last, will there be any PR on the expiration date of the appeal in stating that we got rejected or no response if the scenario case arised?
