I think we are all frustrated with the delays. While it may have been 114 days since the denial/resubmit, it is something like 480 days or more since we paid the taxes and bonds, which VZ stated was the final requirement to get the permit.

In all the correspondences I have seen from others and those I have received, I have yet to have anyone from KRY address this.

I believe the permit will happen, but I think KRY could do a lot more to get answers. I simply cannot fathom any company paying for something and after not receiving it a year and a half later they don't even make a peep about it.

Oh well. My fear here is at this price we are vulnerable to a hostile takeover that would not be good for any of us. We need something to lift us up.
