minamb was instructed "by the government" to quickly review/resolve the permit issue...

merly (vice minister of minamb) said the "revised" application was conforming and had to be taken into account in the "governments" decision.....

the path is clear in my mind......paint a huge sign on the gate at LC that says "YOU FOLKS WILL ALL HAVE JOBS AS SOON AS THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES THE NECESSARY PERMITS..TELL A FRIEND!"
