The unrest is there ,easy prey for the opposition, Chavez used many excuses not to be there after the hinting of wanting to be there .

Running the show does not mean that they will be winning the election and definitely does not eliminate the chance of assassination.

I do not say that we won't get the permit ,what i am saying is that Chavez will wait until the aftermath when everything is quite and appeased to make the announcement.
