On a serious note;

searching for some news or any news of Kry ,i found out that there is a lot of political opposition to Chavez way of governing the country ,

but regionally the sentiment is displayed quite openly .

Bolivar state is one of them where Chavez is literally afraid to show himself in public places because of heated election debate.

He prefers to rant and rave against the opposition from the safety of his "den".

That is why i don't see any announcement of the permit in front of a cheering crowd of miners coming soon.
