I agree with EZ .we only got to turn the tap ON [being the permit]while GRZ , technically ready ,has got to plan the water works [JV].

to relate to partner of choice :why share the apple when you own it and only pay the gatherer to pick it from the tree.

the permit will come in a very expedite way Venezuela style, i hope in an upswing of the gold price.
