My take on the three posts:

The first two about Tradewinds were inappropriate posts as they were a 4 year old story about them getting a 15K fine for selling to inappropriate parties and had nothing to do with KRY. Clearly, OT.

IMO the third post about Merly was a great breaking news post and got us onto the story about her taking a bribe for permitting some logging. That one should NOT have been deleted. My only request is that you post links for breaking stories in the future so we can get onto them too.

Boss will talk to Agoracom and ask them to let us deal with posts here unless there is foul language -- which there was NOT in this case. Now let's all try to move on and discuss some productive stuff, like what now??
