Then Oiramoric found the El Expresso story around 6PM. Good Job by the way.

CJR said the Expresso server was down by 7:45PM. My question now is was the plug pulled or was there just too many people trying to get info?

V-Headline's similar story appeared before 9PM.

Now V-Headline is reporting "A news blackout has been ordered at both the Environment Ministry (MinAmb) and the Basic Industries & Mining (Mibam) Ministry." Also, "Ms. Garcia has been a leading light in efforts at the Environment Ministry to cull traditional corrupt practices which had led to the illegal enrichment of a number of national and regional officials." Was she set up?

Once again there seems to be something going on between the Vice Pres, Ms. Ortega and Sanz.

"Sanz is said to be "hopping mad" over the weekend in-house disclosures leaked to El Expreso"

Does this mean that any future news about KRY will show up as volume spikes in trading because of the leak problems at the Ministries?
