makin, as long as kry continues social projects, posts bond money, etc, etc...... why would ven upset the apple cart by saying "no"? this is probably where the problem with ortega lies....

thats why i say we may have to push the issue.

i do believe kry will get the permit but until hugo realizes just how screwed he is (with oil) theres no rush......like all government employees he'll wait and wait and drag his feet until theres a dire emergency and then it will happen so fast they'll make huge mistakes........kinda like the bailout package.....
