I do not want to guess (when)- But there are many good arguements for a permit announcement before the election, after the non-existant new mining rules appear or just whenever you least expect it.

I think that after the permit does arrive we should try to have a party in Nevada or New Jersey (even though I swore I would never go to Atlantic City again). We could all have bagels and Dom at that time, kinda as a fun jesture. We could call this event a KRY investors conference, discuss our strategem for the future and deduct the expenses incurred from our taxes as a business expense.
