whats going on with this board, share buyback? dividend? need to give your heads a shake...... as for shareholders vote on new options plan, my vote was no before and it will be NO this time also, not at these share price levels with 5% dilution NO WAY! shareholders as owners will be stupid to approve this, let their options expire and get a new BOD, will consider an option plan above $2.25 and definitely AFTER permit issue that's when you will need to attract new blood, not now, if management is out of the money on their current options that just to bad, hence the reason for management option, work it or lose it, get the job did, no worries they convert option at higher shares price and gets paid in higher shares price when their performance moves it much higher
