personally, i can think of a number of ways to compensate directors who imo have been well compensated for their contributions considering our SP.....the truth is that the directors/management and venezuelan officials are the only ones who have been compensated thus far....i think the folks who financed this deboggle should get something out of it too...i.e. me

like others here have said, if we have a permit by the date of the meeting then "yes"...reward them...if not....
