Thanks for the info. Moola. No options should be granted (they can be issued but not granted) for "Directorship, bonuses or promotion" unless and until permit is granted (imo). Hell...here is a company arguably teetering on the brink of bankrupcy. Bonuses?...promotions? I think I must be working for the wrong company.
