I main reason I see for voting for the compensation is to retain the current team. A major employee shake-up would add additional doubt to the company. Imagine if Fung were to resign... what would that do to the value of the company/sp?

This problem is a Vz political one. We're in a country that is so ideologically bent that the thought of profit or speculation is reprehensible. Yet desires money desperately.
