Nice to see Hugo choking on his previous rants, "won't sell to US, won't sell to Exxon" -- his price is now under $60 and heading lower.

The best part is that he will cheat more than anyone since he needs every cent, and that will pressure the price down further. I doubt that he will cut a single barrel.

Let him send it all to China, we can buy much lighter low sulfur crude for a few bucks more. LOL
