of, now he's screaming that opec should bring back "price bands"...but he showed his hand he's calling for "a band of $70-$80"...opec said "no" to bringing back bands (the saudis are losing too much outside of oil imo)......he's in deep doo.....could'nt happen to a nicer guy....

would'nt suprise me to see ven try to pull out of opec soon...i'm just waiting for hugo to start saying to exxon/etc "come back guys! i was just kidding, cant we work something out?"
